CSZ's Liquid thermal shock chambers consist of separately controlled hot and cold baths. Product is submersed in fluid and thermally stressed between the hot and cold baths, resulting in immediate product temperature changes. CSZ uses perfluorinated fluid that does not coat the product or conduct electricity for use in both the hot and cold baths to eliminate cross contamination and reduce evaporation losses.

The CS-131 is a high-precision chemical concentration monitor designed for use with SC-1 solutions used in cleaning processes during semiconductor manufacturing. It offers a faster response speed in a more compact size than anything available to date. The CS-131 monitors the concentrations of the individual components of the SC-1 solutions (NH3/H2O2/H2O) which is widely used to remove particles and organic substances. The Fluke Calibration 6109A and 7109A Portable Calibration Baths are liquid baths that let process industry professionals calibrate four times more sanitary sensors per batch in less time and with twice the accuracy of other portable baths in this class. Larger than micro baths, up to four tri-clamp sanitary sensors fit easily into these baths for calibration at ± 0.1 °C temperature display accuracy.
