ATE System Development
Custom designed ATEs contains all the RF measurement equipment, as well as custom made solutions for RF transmission, switching and testing modules. The ATE can comprise of any custom made or of the shelf equipment for all the DC measurement and switching, control, data acquisition and communication requirements from the UUT. The ATE is designed with all the additional resources for a full self test.
