DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimeter) is an indispensable thermal analyzer for materials characterization in R&D and quality control applications in such areas as polymers, pharmaceuticals, electronic parts , foods , etc . It offers the sensitivity and easy operation required for the development of high-performance, highly functional new materials.
This instrument varies the sample temperature in accordancewith a program, and simultaneously measures the change inmass of the sample (TG) and the temperature differencebetween the sample and a standard substance (DTA). An analytical balance mechanism (Roberval mechanism) offers high reproducibility and allows worry-free operation even for measuring sample weights. Two models are available for different maximum measurement temperature requirements-the DTG-60 (max. 1,100 °C) and the DTG-60H (max. 1,500 °C). Corresponding DTG-60A and DTG-60AH models with a built-in autosampler are also available for measuring up to 24 samples automatically.
The TMA-60 series thermomechanical analyzer accommodates a wide variety of samples and is able to use various types of measurement methods* (expansion, elongation, or penetration) to thoroughly evaluate sample characteristics. Newly function, such as the automatic length measurement and safety features, were incorporated into development, resulting in high performance, high functionality and ease-of-use in many dimensions.
The DSC-60 plus /60A plus (Differential Scanning Calorimeter) can use the "liquid nitrogen cooling type TAC-60L" or "electric cooling type TAC-60i" as "attachments for low-temperature (cooled) measurement".
