Attolight AG
Attolight AG was founded in 2008 by Samuel Sonderegger and Jean Berney who manage the company today. The combined knowledge of scanning electron microscopy and ultrafast spectroscopy from the Laboratory of Quantum Optics and Electronics of EPFL was transferred to the company that turned the unique technology into a new product line. Attolight is supported by a group of high-level private investors.

Attolight’s Quantitative CL-SEM offers “No Compromise” large field fast scanning simultaneous acquisition of SEM images, hyperspectral CL maps, and optical spectra. Smaller diameter wafers, or miscellaneously shaped substrates are manually loaded on intermediary 300mm susceptors subsequently handled automatically by the tool.

Mönch
The Mönch add-on is a unique tool that can operate in either a light collection or light injection mode, thanks to its specific mirror design. In addition, the flexibility of the add-on allows an external coupling either in free space or via an optical fiber.
