The Keysight 85132F is a 62.9 cm (24.75 in) long¹ flexible cable set composed of two 3.5 mm female² to 7 mm connectors. Cable frequency range is dc to 18 GHz with a return loss greater than or equal to 17 dB. Insertion loss is 0.25 * sqrt(f) + 0.2, where f is frequency in GHz, for the test port connector and device connector. Phase stability of semi-rigid/flexible cables is specified with a 90 degree bend using a 4 to 3 inch radius. Stability¹ of the Keysight 85132F is less than 0.12 dB and phase is 0.13 * f + 0.5, where f is frequency in GHz.

The Keysight 87406B matrix switch provides the life and reliability required for automated test and measurement, signal monitoring and routing applications. Innovative design and careful process control creates a switch that meets the requirements for highly repeatable switching elements in test instruments and switching interfaces. The switch is designed to operate for more than 10 million cycles and will meet all electrical specifications for at least 5 million cycles. The switch exhibits exceptional insertion loss repeatability. This reduces sources of random errors in the measurement path and improves measurement uncertainty. Switch life is a critical consideration in production test systems, satellite and antenna monitoring systems, and test instrumentation. The longevity of the switch increases system uptime, and lowers the cost of ownership by reducing calibration cycles and switch maintenance.

The wide dynamic range and vector error correction of the PNA-X results in an extremely low residual EVM of the test setup, delivering you a complete picture of your device’s performance without test system interference. S930713B measures EVM, NPR, ACPR, and decomposes nonlinear signals and linear signals with the spectral correlation between input and output spectrum without doing demodulation. Integration with the PNA-X SCCM provides quick modulation distortion measurements while making other VNA measurements.

The Keysight 85130H test port adapter protects the test set port from being directly connected to the device under test. This adapter has a special rugged female connector that connects to the network analyzer test port. This special connector does not mate with a standard male connector but converts the rugged test set port to a connection that will mate with the device under test. This set contains a 1.85 mm to 1.85 mm male adapter and a 1.85 mm to 1.85 mm female adapter. The frequency range for these adapters is dc to 67 GHz with a return loss of 23 dB or better.
