Sri Communication Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1975 is one of 22 companies under the Zet Group of Companies. The company began its business as a contracting company installing both electromechanical and computerised telephone exchanges for Telekom Malaysia. The company later diversified into planning, designing and implementing telephone networks and in 1983 was awarded a turnkey contract by the Malaysian Government to implement a RM636M network expansion program for Telekom Malaysia (then, Jabatan Telekom Malaysia).Today, Sri Communication operates from Kuala Lumpur and has branch offices in Alor Setar, Penang and Ipoh

Telecommunication Networks
Switching systems are the nerve centre of any telecommunications network, providing interconnectivity for the various users of the network. Sri Comm has been very active in this core component, installing over 40 telephone exchanges throughout the country since 1975. Various types of exchanges including electromechanical, ESK and stored programme or computerized exchanges have been installed over the years. In total some 400,000 subscribers have benefited from these projects. More recently, systems incorporating technologies involving DDN, AN and FMK systems have also been implemented.

System Integration
The provision of a basket of services for Auditoriums such as audio-visual systems, stage lighting, stage rigging, building control systems, communication systems and information technology systems. A proper understanding of the various disciplines involved is the key to successfully integrating the diverse component parts. The final solution must perform as one unit with a high degree of simplicity to the end-user. The result will be a solution that, while extremely complex, appears simple, logical and easy to use. Sri Comm has successfully designed, installed and commissioned several projects of this nature.
