Build Your Hydrostatic Tester
Start with the basic Model 9901 hydrostatic tester as shown to the left with the following standard equipment:- Hydrostatic test pump, air operated.- 1% ANSI B40.1 Grade 1A stainless steel high pressure gauge.- ANSI B40.1 Grade B air pressure gauge.- Micro adjust precision regulator.- High pressure isolation shutoff valve.- Automatic lubricator.- Stainless steel high pressure manifold.- 1/4" NPT accessory port.- Bleed valve.- Air shutoff valve.- Factory set air pressure relief valve.- 7/16-20 straight thread O-ring boss outlet port (MS33649-04) with -4 male adapter fitting.- 3/4" swivel female hose inlet with strainer.- Stainless steel base plate with rubber feet.

Fuel Hose Assembly Tester - Basic, USAF

The basic fuel hose assembly tester is utilized by those users who do not require the complete 9201A test system which includes all test adapters and components required by U.S. Air Force PD 89MMI638. The 9901-10FHT however includes the identical test pump, manifold and controls and with larger valves, ports and fittings for increased fluid flow, is designed for the identical mission of testing fuel hose assemblies. Maximum pressure is 1000 psi allowing better control resolution at lower test pressures.

Our modular hydrostatic test chambers are designed with open ends to accommodate the connection to similar units for the purpose of lengthening the enclosed test area. The modular test system starts with a base unit with complete pump system, gauges and controls mounted on the 60” x 24” x 18” test chamber.
