Fully differential ultra-low-noise voltage amplifier module (LNAM) with selected bipolar rf transistors at the input stage. The amplifier exhibits ultra-low voltage noise, very high speed, and good dc precision. 50 Ohm input termination realized by negative feedback allows for the lowest possible noise temperature.

Integrated Two-Stage Current Sensors
If ultra-low noise performance is required, our integrated two stage devices are the number one choice. With input inductances from 24 nH to 1.8 µH and a flux-noise level as low as 0.8 µPhi0/sqrt(Hz) an energy resolution of about 45 h is attained. The devices consist of a 16 SQUID series array as amplifier stage and a single front-end SQUID.

SQUID Series Arrays
The SQUID series arrays are ideal for readout of TES sensors or as amplifier stage for discrete two-stage applications. Integrated bias resistors for TES or two-stage applications reduce wiring complexity. Various arrays with input inductances of 3 to 6 nH, input sensitivities of 17 to 23 µA/Phi0, and a current noise between 5 and 10 pA/sqrt(Hz) @ 4 K are available.
