Vidac Solutions is a test systems integration company that provides cost-effective, turn key solutions for your Functional Test, Product Certification, Data Acquisition and difficult-to-control Process needs. We build custom test equipment, data acquisition and control systems for Motor Testers, Hipot and Partial Discharge Systems. We also design test equipment and end of line testers for high pressure pumps and seals. Vidac test equipment is designed and built in the St. Louis, Missouri area, but is in use around the world.

Partial Discharge Tester (Dry Type)
Partial Discharge testing is a way of detecting voids or imperfections in insulators that would lead to overheating and breakdown under normal operating conditions. Due to the nature of the signal being measured, this test is very susceptible to electronic and RF noise and a proper corona-free properly isolated test chamber is required.

Arc/LED Lighting Testers
This system is a modern replacement for an obsolete product tester. This tester Hipots the lamp under test, checks for proper operation at the required voltage and also detects short circuit operation and the 5KV ignitor pulse signal. This tester allows for quick calibration to permit traceable/repeatable results and store the test results for product tracking.

High Current Comparators And Power Supplies
Designed in 3D, this custom unit fills the gap between the comparator manufacturers and the production floor. Vidac Solutions does not manufacture CT Comparators, but this unit (and others like it) are used to provide the complex high-current switching, buss-work, source current supply into an enclosure that fits into the production line and provides a safe, ergonomic and easy to use machine for the operators.
